I build things that actually work with PHP & Laravel

Full-stack developer based in Pokhara, Nepal. I've spent the last couple of years building production web apps, from messy legacy refactors to multi-tenant SaaS systems and I care a lot about writing code that's clean, secure, and actually maintainable.

A bit about me

A bit about me

I didn't start out as a developer. I came through teaching and design first, and honestly, that's shaped how I write code more than any framework has.

These days I work at Tuki Soft building and maintaining real production applications: REST APIs, multi-tenant systems, payment integrations, the whole stack. I'm comfortable going from database schema design all the way to VPS deployment, and I've been picking up Pest recently to get more serious about test-driven development. I like working on problems that actually matter to someone, and I care about shipping things that are solid, not just done.

"Teaching taught me to explain things clearly. Design taught me to think about the person on the other side. Both make me a better developer."

01

Started outside tech

Spent time as a computer teacher and graphic designer before moving into development full-time. It gave me a different perspective on how people actually use software.

02

Built for production

Every project I've worked on has been real - live users, real data, actual deadlines. I've dealt with legacy codebases, scaling issues, and tight turnarounds, not just tutorials.

03

Still learning, on purpose

Currently deepening my testing skills with Pest and TDD. I'd rather be someone who keeps growing slowly than someone who stops once they can ship something that works.

01 Laravel / RBAC / MySQL

Day Khata

A billing platform that was broken when I got to it and stable when I left. Rebuilt from the ground up with proper RBAC, clean data models, and bulk import/export that actually works. The original codebase had no permission system and no reliable way to handle transactions at scale. I redesigned the schema from scratch, built role-based access control with granular permissions, and added CSV import/export for inventory and billing workflows. The goal was simple: make it something a business could actually depend on.

02 Laravel / Stripe / Pusher / Sanctum

Kaam Sansar

Built every layer myself: authentication flows for employers and job seekers, subscription billing via Stripe, real-time messaging with Pusher, and a clean REST API consumed by a mobile client. Sanctum handled token auth. The challenge was keeping all the moving parts from stepping on each other as the feature set grew.

03 TALL Stack / Vue.js / Multi-Tenant

Saral Menu

Tenant isolation was the first design decision, not an afterthought. Built the schema around it, then layered in QR code generation, order management, and a Vue.js frontend on top of the TALL stack. Added a CMS-style interface so vendors could update their own menus independently. The system needed to be simple enough for a small restaurant owner and flexible enough to handle different menu structures across tenants.

04 TALL Stack / Livewire / Alpine.js

Manpower Nepal

Built on the TALL stack, the portal covers job listings, applicant management, and the administrative workflows that foreign employment agencies actually deal with day to day. The focus was on making a process that is usually paper-heavy and opaque feel straightforward for both the agencies posting roles and the people applying for them.

Toolkit

What I actually know

I work across the whole stack but my strongest ground is the backend. Laravel is where I spend most of my time, though I am comfortable enough on the frontend to build what a project needs without handing off every component.
